Polycarbonate (+£ 40.00)

These are about the same thickness as our Bronze (1.6) lenses, however they are lighter and stronger, making them an ideal choice for lightweight frames. Polycarbonate lenses come as standard in our rimless frames, as they are very strong, at least 10 times more impact resistant than standard plastic. Used in safety glasses, for added protection.

Bronze (+£ 39.00)

Our qualified opticians would recommend thinner lenses, especially if your prescription is over 3.00. They are made of a higher refractive index (1.6) material. This will reduce the thickness and weight of your glasses, making them more attractive to look at and more comfortable to wear. This lens will also include anti scratch, anti reflective and uv coating, free of charge, saving you £ 32.00

Silver (+£ 79.00)

If your prescription is above 4.00 +/- our qualified opticians would recommend that you consider an extra thin and light lens (refractive index 1.67) to make your glasses look cosmetically more attractive. These lenses are thinner, flatter and lighter than a Bronze lens, reducing the thickness and weight of your glasses. This lens will also include antiscratch, anti reflective and uv coating, free of charge, saving you £ 32.00

Gold (+£ 119.00)

These are one of the thinnest optical plastic lenses generally available on the market today, our opticians recommend them especially for very high prescriptions (+/-6.00), or for anyone who wants to have the lightest thinnest lenses. These have an aspherical design and a refractive index of 1.74/1.67. This lens will also include antiscratch, anti reflective and uv coating, free of charge, saving you £ 32.00
